Follow the 3 steps below
Step 1 of 3. Options/Customise
Press services on your Sky remote, select Options and then select Customise.
Step 2 of 3. Highlight
Highlight Programmes Originated in HD and switch the setting ON
Step 3 of 3. Done
Press green to save the setting, then sky to return to your viewing.
