Check if your phone is online
If your phone or tablet isn’t connected to the internet, there is an easy way to check.
Follow the 2 steps below
Step 1 of 2. Access control centre
Swipe your finger up from the bottom of the phone and you can see the control centre
Step 2 of 2. Check wifi and data
Make sure your mobile data icon is green and your Wifi icon is blue.
If they’re not, just tap them to switch it on.
